I also have a powerful engine for traveling and anchoring elements when I want to stay in one place. I will surely enthrall you with the large space I offer. The space is great for commercial use, like a wellness, restaurant or gallery.

BUILDING STRUCTURE
All of the materials, we are using, are neatly selected. Steel parts of the houseboat are from stainless steel AISI316 or hot-dip galvanized steel. Main constructions are light and durable. Same as the all building materials.
Our houses on water are constructed for both winter and summer. We focused on durability against wind and water conditions, when we were designing our houseboats.
First, a houseboat is built in our Czech construction hall in Lovosice.Then we’ll transport it to your anchorage.

House is equipped with sun collectors, which will ensure hot water for the household, this offers very low energy consumption in sunny weather. We recommend using a geothermal pump for the best heating.
Intelligent systems for energy savings and used technologies are providing to achieve LEED score. Complex automation and security system Lonix allows maximal comfort inside the houseboat. At the same it offers you drastical energy savings, thanks to intelligent controlling elements and smooth system integration.
Ventilation with integrated energy system (Enervent) also reduces energy consumption during cooling up to 80%. Very effective air ventilation on harmful particles – viruses, bacteria and chemicals – it provides clean air in the room. Energy effective isolation and windows are standard solutions.
